7 Day Challenge

7 days ago we created a challenge. Was your challenge successful? Did you complete each goal? If you did not complete your challenge goals, which goals weren't completed? What obstacles did you encounter?
 
 
This week let's create another 7 day challenge. Your challenge can be the same or slightly altered. What will your challenge be this week?

7 day Challenge

This week I would like for you all to set yourself a 7 day challenge. Use some of the weight loss tips from the article to assist you in creating your challenge criteria.http://www.webmd.com/diet/features/lose-weight-fast-how-to-do-it-safely.  For points please post your 7 day challenge.
 
 
Example: My 7 day challenge:
 
1. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday I will complete 100 push ups and 200 sit ups before bed
2.I will train for 1.5 hours 6 days this week (Monday-Saturday)

GETTING BACK ON TRACK

We have about 6 weeks left in the GET FIT NOW competition. How many of you are half way toward reaching your goals? Congratulations to those of you who have been active with GET FIT NOW and are working extremely hard to accomplish your goal. Several of you are keeping up with the bonus workouts, blogs, mandatory workouts and support meetings. If you haven't been keeping up with the program START NOW. There is still time to loose weight, earn bonus points and be a part of the great support group that we have created here at Exquisite Physiques.

Eating in Moderation

Hello Ladies,
 
I want to take this opportunity to congratulate you on completing your first two weeks of GET FIT NOW. Many of us have moved one step closer towards reaching our ultimate goal. Last week we bloged a bit about weight loss. Take a minute to reflect on our formula. Weight Loss=Eating Less + Exercise.  This week I would like to talk more about how to eat in moderation.
 
Many of us eat whatever we want when we want and don't stop to think about the consequences.

Reaching our Weight Loss Goals

Hello GET FIT NOW participants! For many of you it has been one week since you have entered into this competition. If you have not yet began to get focused on your goals, now is the time to do so. Although our personal fitness and weight loss goals may vary, we all working towards the same overall goal. No more sitting around waiting.  Together we will reach our goals and GET FIT NOW.

Registration

Congratulations to everyone who has registered for this competition. People are still registering. The last day to register is Friday February 1st, 2013. Many of you have already began your regimen and completed your fit test. Beginning this coming Monday February 4th, you all will receive bonus points for commenting on the blog topics. I am very excited about GET FIT NOW and wish you all a successful journey toward your goals over the next three months.
